Unwind and recharge while experiencing our 46 acres of rolling Ohio woodland on the Ashtabula County Covered Bridge Tour, The Ohio Wines and Vines Trail, and the Barn Quilt Trail. Woodsong Acres is a unique lodging property designed especially for those who are looking for an experience… not just a place to stay.
At Woodsong Acres, we invite you to experience the sounds of nature, stargazing at night, abundant wildlife, our 3/4 acre pond, miles of trails, nine-hole disc golf course, locally baked breakfast pastries, and more. At Woodsong Acres, we are confident The Inn and The Cottage will exemplify our commitment to providing a place to Connect & Unwind with you and your loved ones. Rocking chairs on wrap-around porches, gentle breezes flowing through the forest, the sound of songbirds during warm summer evenings, watching the flicker of the lightning bugs at dusk, the colors and smells of the fall leaves during autumn, cozy sitting areas in front of the fireplace on a cold winter’s night, experiencing the activities of making maple syrup at the sugar shack in March – at Woodsong Acres, the serenity encompasses all seasons! We are conveniently located one hour from Cleveland and 40 minutes from Erie, close enough to Interstate 90 for convenience, yet far enough away to experience the peace and serenity of the woodland. Meet Your InnKeepers
Jay and Esther are the parents to six boys and one girl, part of a beautiful multi-racial – and sometimes challenging – blended family. Jay is a native to Northeast Ohio. Growing up next door to an orchard and lots of woods, nature was a centerpiece of his life, along with the Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland sports teams. Esther was born in the Caribbean island country of Haiti. At the age of 12, Esther came to the states living in the State of Florida. When she isn’t decorating for the seasons or out thrifting, Esther can usually be found connecting with friends and family with her contagious laughter and welcoming smile. At Woodsong Acres, it is Jay and Esther’s sincere hope they can portray their commitment to their Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, in all they do.
We recently had the privilege of visiting with Jay and Esther at Woodsong Acres and were blown away at the beauty and splendor of this amazing location. Definitely a place to getaway and spend some alone time with God, your spouse, or great for an intimate retreat! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND you visit. You will NOT be disappointed!
Checkin & Checkout
Check-in time at The Inn at Woodsong Acres and The Cottage at Woodsong Acres is after 3:00 PM. Check-out time is by 10:00 AM on the departure date. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability. Guests are kindly asked to settle any outstanding charges during check-out and return all keys. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our check-in and check-out policy for a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Cancellation Policy
At Woodsong Acres, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our abilities. However, as a small establishment, cancellations can significantly impact our business. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy:
House Rules
To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask guests to maintain a peaceful environment by refraining from excessive noise and respecting quiet hours. Smoking is strictly prohibited. We kindly request that guests treat our property and amenities with care and report any damages or concerns to our staff promptly. Lastly, we highly suggest reading the house rules in its entirety so that you are fully aware and able to abide by all rules.
