Serenity Room

Serenity’s Garden Room is furnished with a comfortable king-sized bed and delicately decorated to coincide with our fresh, country theme. The king sized bed is ornate but soft and inviting. The room is situated on the second story overlooking the back woods – a great room to enjoy the beautiful sunrise from. Attached private full bathroom is included.

The Songbird Room

Our lone first floor room, the Songbird Room is privately located on the northeast corner of the house overlooking the woods. It is modestly decorated to reflect our country/farmhouse vibe. Attached private full bathroom is included.

Bear’s Den Suite

Our largest unit is furnished with a queen size bed and rustic decor including an electric fireplace for those colder nights. The suite includes a separate TV/sitting room complete with a queen sleeper sofa. A large attached private bath is included. Situated on the second level on the western side of The Inn, the suite offers sweeping sunset views of the farm and woods.

The Guesthouse at Woodsong Acres

Our private Guesthouse offers a peaceful countryside retreat designed for rest and reconnection. Tucked away on the property, this standalone space provides privacy, quiet mornings, and evenings surrounded by forests and open skies.

Perfect for couples seeking a slower pace, the Guesthouse combines comfort and simplicity with easy access to the Lake Erie shoreline and the Grand River Valley and Conneaut Creek wine trails.

Designed for guests who value privacy, quiet surroundings, and meaningful time away, the Guesthouse invites you to unplug, unwind, and experience the calm of Woodsong Acres.

The Space:
The Guesthouse includes a fully equipped kitchen, a full front porch, and rear screened-in lanai. The living area offers a beautiful open concept with a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa. The bedroom is furnished with a four poster queen bed.

Private Weekend Breakfast Delivery – Guesthouse Only
Enjoy a private breakfast delivery to the Guesthouse featuring farm-fresh ingredients and homemade favorites, delivered right to your door to enjoy at your own pace.

Available Saturday and Sunday mornings only. Breakfast is chef-selected, thoughtfully prepared, and not customizable.

$30 per person, per morning.
